Aman Dhuper
People · Performance · Process Core Philosophy

Aman Dhuper is a proven healthcare CEO and board-level advisor who has built, stabilized and transformed complex health systems over an 18-year career. With direct P&L accountability across organizations generating $160M to $2.25B in annual revenue, Aman brings an uncommon combination of strategic vision and operational rigor - turning underperforming assets into high-performing, financially sound organizations.

Known as a decisive leader and trusted board partner, Aman has guided organizations through financial turnarounds, balance sheet restructuring, large-scale M&A integration, and regulatory navigation. His track record spans nonprofit safety-net hospitals, for-profit acute care systems, MSOs, and physician enterprise development - and is defined not by scope alone, but by measurable results.

"The distance between strategy and results is execution. That is where I lead, advise, and build."

What draws me to Health System Leadership is not the complexity - it is the consequence. The decisions made at the Executive and Board level determine whether communities have access to high-quality care. I take that seriously, and my track record reflects it.

Leadership Forged in the Work

Aman's perspective is grounded in firsthand experience leading healthcare organizations through growth, transformation and complex change. Across health plans, health systems, and organizations at different stages of their journey, he has developed a practical understanding of how strategy, operations, people and performance come together to create lasting impact.
